Joo Chung (he/him), MBA '26 | Co-Chair
Joo Chung is a second-year MBA student at the Yale School of Management. At Yale, he is co-chair of Yale Philanthropy Conference, co-lead of the Entrepreneurship through Acquisition Club, and a Nonprofit Board Fellow. This past summer, he was at Chenmark, a long-term holding company that buys and operates businesses in the lower middle market. Prior to graduate school, he served in the U.S. Army as an infantry officer. He holds a double degree in Economics and English & American Literature from West Point.
lindsey keiko wong (she/her), mba/mph ‘27| Co-chair
Lindsey Keiko Wong is a second-year MBA/MPH student and the Community & Partnerships Co-Chair for the Yale Philanthropy Conference. Prior to Yale, she managed strategic initiatives and data operations for a California nonprofit healthcare business league and orchestrated leadership development programs for a San Francisco Bay Area provider organization.
Her commitment to advancing health equity drives her active involvement in university and community life. In addition to leading the External Affairs team for the Asian, Asian American, and Pacific Islander Association (AAAPIA), she serves as a Solomon Center for Health Law and Policy Fellow and Golub Capital Nonprofit Board Fellow with Gather New Haven. In her spare time, she studies nihon buyo (classical Japanese dance) with the Nishikawa School of Classical Japanese Dance.
Lindsey graduated summa cum laude with departmental honors from UCLA with a BA in Human Biology and Society and a Minor in Public Health.
philip reilly, (he/him), Mba '26 | Co-chair
Philip Reilly is a second-year MBA candidate at the Yale School of Management and a Naval Officer. At Yale, he serves as co-chair of the Yale Philanthropy Conference, budget officer of Out-of-Office, an admissions interviewer, and an Inclusive Growth Fellow. Before SOM, Philip was chief logistician aboard the fast-attack submarine USS Louisville in Pearl Harbor, HI, and the aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan in Yokosuka, Japan. He later spent two years at the Pentagon developing logistics strategy for the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. Prior to commissioning as a Naval Officer, he worked as a fundraiser for Lambda Legal, the nation’s largest legal group defending LGBTQ+ rights, and volunteered as an English teacher at Saint Rita’s Center for Immigrant & Refugee Services in the Bronx. A New York native, Philip earned his BS in Mathematics with a minor in Philosophy from Fordham University.
isabelle levenson, (she/her), mba ‘26 | panel co-chair
Isabelle Levenson is a second-year MBA student at the Yale School of Management and serves as one of this year’s co-chairs, focused on developing the conference’s theme, keynote, and panels.Before Yale, Isabelle was an Associate Vice President at Fenton, a social impact communications agency, supporting nonprofits, philanthropies, and private-sector companies with robust corporate social responsibility programs in the global health and development space. This past summer, Isabelle was a Farber Fellow at REDF, a venture philanthropy that invests in social enterprises reducing barriers to employment.At Yale, Isabelle serves on SOM's Student Government and as a Golub Capital Nonprofit Board Fellow for LEAP, a nonprofit providing after school and summer programming to children in New Haven. She graduated magna cum laude from Tufts University with her BA in American Studies and is an avid painter.
Antigone antonakakis, (she/her), MPH ‘26 | Marketing director
Antigone Antonakakis is a second-year MPH student in the Healthcare Management program at Yale University. Her work centers on advancing equity, strengthening care delivery systems, and championing community-rooted solutions. Throughout her time at Yale, philanthropy and social impact have been central to her experience, shaping her commitment to mission-driven leadership and community engagement.
Antigone is passionate about addressing housing and healthcare disparities affecting young adults with disabilities and hopes to develop sustainable, inclusive models of support. She is excited to return to the Yale Philanthropy Conference team this year to support marketing efforts and amplify the conference’s impact. In addition to her involvement with the conference, Antigone serves as the Executive Director of the HAVEN Free Clinic and is an active member of the Social Impact Consulting Club at the School of Management.
Tamari Dzotsenidze, (she/her), mba ‘27 | marketing Director
Tamari Dzotsenidze is a first-year MBA candidate at the Yale School of Management. At Yale, she is a marketing director of the Yale Philanthropy Conference, a GoLub Capital Nonprofit Board Fellow with Emerge CT, and the director of operations at the Yale Journal of International Affairs. Before Yale, she worked as a program officer at the Center for International Private Enterprise, assisting with global democracy through the lens of the private sector. She holds a BA in Political Science with a minor in Art from UC Santa Barbara.
trisha bhatia, (she/her), mba ‘27 | panel Director
Trisha Bhatia is a first-year MBA student at the Yale School of Management and a co-panel planning director for this year’s conference. Before Yale, she spent two years at the Gates Foundation—first as a program manager on the women’s health advocacy team supporting grantmakers funding nonprofits advancing women’s health, and later as a grantmaker on the philanthropic partnerships team. Prior to that, she worked as a strategy and finance associate at the Clinton Health Access Initiative in Cambodia and, before that, as a life sciences consultant at Putnam Associates.
At Yale, Trisha serves as a board fellow for Long Wharf Theatre in New Haven, a first-year lead for the Media and Entertainment Club, is a member of the Title IX working group. She holds a BS in health sciences with a minor in business from Boston University.
jackson pine (he/him), mba ‘27 | panel Director
Jackson Pine is a first-year MBA student at the Yale School of Management. Prior to Yale, he worked at Chemonics International on USAID’s Global Health Supply Chain Program, helping strengthen last-mile medicine delivery and health systems in Ethiopia. At the School of Management, Jackson is as a Nonprofit Board Fellow, research assistant to Professor Jeffrey Sonnenfeld, and on Yale’s Food and Agriculture team for the MBA Impact Investing Network and Training (Turner MIINT) competition. He holds a BA in Political Science from Kenyon College.
thin rati oo (she/her), mph ‘27|logistics director
Thin Rati Oo is a MPH candidate at the Yale School of Public Health. Raised in Myanmar, her work spans community-based nonprofits, health advocacy, and non-partisan politics. Thin was most recently at APIAVote as a Virginia Chen Non-Profit Executive Leadership Fellow. At Yale, she currently serves as Co-Chair of the Graduate and Professional Student Senate's DEIAB Committee and Graduate Assistant at the Asian American Cultural Center. She hopes to pursue law school in the future to work at the intersection of innovative financing, global health, human rights, and international law/policy, shaping systems in Southeast Asia that are more just, sustainable, and accountable.
Thin graduated from the University of California, Berkeley in 2025 with a B.A. in Public Health (Honors) and minors in Public Policy and Asian and Asian American Diaspora Studies, where she was a two-term ASUC Senator and Co-President of the Burmese Students Association.
Elena schiefele (She/Her), MBA ‘27 | asst. director, logistics
Elena Schiefele is a first-year MBA student at the Yale School of Management. Prior to Yale, Elena practiced law. Her work included representing employees who experienced workplace discrimination and harassment, and she completed two federal clerkships. At Yale she serves as a first-year leader of the Entrepreneurship through Acquisition Club and is on Yale's education team for the MBA Impact Investing Network and Training (Turner MIINT) program. Elena holds a BA in liberal arts and sciences from Florida Atlantic University's Harriet L. Wilkes Honors College, and she obtained her Juris Doctor magna cum laude from Washington & Lee University School of Law.
elaine liu, (she/her), mba ‘27 | asst. director, logistics
Elaine Liu is a first-year MBA student at the Yale School of Management. Prior to Yale, she worked as a Senior Consultant in Technology Risk and Responsible Artificial Intelligence at EY, where she led projects that helped organizations implement and deploy AI with proper oversight. She also served as a pro bono consultant through EY Ripples, supporting community organizations and nonprofits focused on equity and digital access, which strengthened her commitment to using technology and business to deliver positive social outcomes. At SOM, Elaine is exploring her interest in the circular economy and clean energy transition, particularly around how businesses can reduce waste, rethink materials, and build climate solutions that benefit both communities and the environment. She serves as a first year lead in the Business and Environment Club and the Women in Management club and is active in sustainability initiatives across campus. Elaine holds a BS in Accounting with a minor in French from Georgetown University.
emma pred-sosa, (she/her), mba ‘27 | Community & partnerships director
Emma Pred-Sosa is a first-year MBA student at the Yale School of Management. Before starting her MBA, she worked as the Director of Development for 826DC, a DC-based non-profit organization dedicated to helping public school students build fundamental writing skills. Prior to 826DC, she was a Program Associate at Arabella Advisors, advising nonprofit clients on operations, grants management, and compliance, and spent time in Macau, China on a Fulbright English Teaching Award.
At the School of Management, Emma is a Consortium Fellow, a Community Lead for Women in Management, a Nonprofit Board Fellow, and an active member of the SOM United soccer team. She holds a BA in History from Yale College.
maiya cook, (she/her), mba ‘27 | Community & partnerships director
Maiya Cook is a first-year MBA student at the Yale School of Management. At Yale, she serves as a Director for Community & Partnerships, the First-Year Chair for Community Service in the Yale SOM Student Government, a Nonprofit Board Fellow, and a small group leader within Christian Fellowship. She will be joining Bain & Company’s Chicago office this summer, where she is excited to explore the firm’s social impact practice. Prior to Yale SOM, Maiya worked in healthcare consulting and was a frequent volunteer at the Ronald McDonald House of Dallas.
emily d’arco, (she/her), MBA ‘27
Emily is a first-year MBA student who brings a background in marketing, design consulting, and mission-driven innovation. She began her career as a digital marketing consultant for The New York Times, then moved to IDEO, where she partnered with financial services organizations on projects centered on financial inclusion and human-centered design. Most recently, she worked at a boutique brand strategy firm helping organizations clarify their narratives and translate complex ideas into accessible, engaging stories.
At Yale SOM, Emily serves as the first-year Sustainability Chair in student government, is a Nonprofit Board Fellow for the Wallingford Public Library, and is a member of the Social Impact Consulting Club. She's also supporting planning for the 2026 Yale Philanthropy Conference and the Yale Economic Development Symposium. Outside of school and work, she’s an avid reader and hiker, and a certified yoga instructor who loves long trail days and exploring new bookstores.
becky milner, (she/her), MBA/MPH ‘27
Becky Milner is a first-year MBA/MPH student at the Yale School of Management and the Yale School of Public Health. Prior to Yale, she worked at JSI Research & Training Institute, a public health consulting organization, where she partnered with state and federal agencies to strengthen programs in reproductive health, HIV care, and infectious disease. She is passionate about leveraging public-private partnerships and policy innovation to advance health outcomes. At Yale, Becky serves as a Solomon Center for Health Law and Policy Fellow, a Nonprofit Board Fellow, and a First-Year Lead for the Healthcare and Life Sciences Club. She graduated magna cum laude from Dartmouth College with a BA in Anthropology and a minor in French.
griffin schultz, (he/him), mba ‘27
Griffin Schultz is a first-year MBA candidate at the Yale School of Management. Prior to Yale, Griffin served as an Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) officer in the U.S. Army, leading multinational programs and teams in Iraq, Syria, and South Korea. Following his military service, he transitioned to the social sector, supporting a microfinance organization based in Tanzania and teaching in South Korea. He is passionate about the intersection of social impact and private capital, particularly in education and veteran-focused initiatives. At Yale, he is a first-year lead for the Impact Investing Club and serves on the Meng Impact Investment Fund's Education and Workforce Development deal team. Griffin holds a B.S. in Economics from the United States Military Academy at West Point.

Katherine Ahn is a first-year MBA candidate at the Yale School of Management. Before coming to Yale, she served as Senior Development Manager at an arts nonprofit, where she worked at the intersection of strategy, culture, and impact. She helped lead global fundraising efforts and launch equity-focused initiatives, including an East Asian artist residency and a DEAI committee advancing institutional representation and inclusion. She is passionate about supporting arts institutions to be financially sustainable, socially engaged, and accessible to all.
In addition to serving on the Yale Philanthropy Conference team, Katherine is a Nonprofit Board Fellow, an admissions lead for the Women in Management Club, and an Admissions Guide. She holds a B.A. in Visual and Media Studies from Duke University.

Jake Chang is a first-year MBA at Yale School of Management. Prior to business school, Jake led growth strategy at Success Academy Charter Schools in New York City and worked as a consultant at Accenture Strategy, advising clients across the technology, CPG, and public sectors. At Yale, he serves as the first-year Career Development Chair on Student Government, is a member of the Meng Impact Investment Fund and Nonprofit Board Fellows, and is the president of the Tennis Club. He holds a dual bachelor’s degree in Economics and Philosophy from the University of Chicago.
Allison Yee, (SHE/HER), mba ‘27
Alison Yee is a first-year MBA student at the Yale School of Management. Prior to Yale, she worked as a program manager at TechSoup helping nonprofits access donated and discounted technology. At the School of Management, Alison serves as a Nonprofit Board Fellow and a member of the Social Impact Consulting Club. As part of YPC, she is interested in learning more about innovating new models of grantmaking and funding.
jonah hazan, (he/him), MBA ‘26
Jonah Hazan is an MBA candidate at the Yale School of Management who is passionate about how marketing and storytelling can advance social impact. Before Yale, he worked in marketing at PepsiCo, Fiverr, and monday.com, developing go-to-market strategies and managing creative and paid media initiatives across global campaigns. At SOM, Jonah serves as Co-President of the Marketing Club, participates in the MIINT impact investing program, and co-leads the Cocktail Club. He has also volunteered with a mental health hotline and tutored students through the Hebrew University’s equal opportunity office.
chao zhang, (he/him), Mam ‘26
Chao is an MAM candidate from Hong Kong at the Yale School of Management. Before Yale, he was an award-winning investor, spending seven years at a hedge fund leading technology and education investments, and three years in M&A managing healthcare portfolios. Born in northeast China, he was the first in his family to attend college. At Yale, Chao is the 1Y Leader of the Yale Investment Management Club, a member of the Yale Buddhist Student Community, and was selected for the Global Social Entrepreneurship Program in India. As the fundraising leader for the Pei Ho Charity Foundation, he raised $16,000 during COVID-19 for the underprivileged community in Hong Kong. Chao holds an MBA and BBA in Management from HKUST, where he was awarded the Community Service Award and the Tom Gorman Scholar Award by the American Chamber of Commerce Charitable Foundation. A principal flutist in the HKUST orchestra, he is also an opera enthusiast.

Izzy Goldstein is a first-year MBA student at the Yale School of Management. Prior to Yale, Izzy spent nine years facilitating change in the public and non-profit sectors to better align resources with mission. Most recently, she served as Director of HR Strategy & Analytics at the Metropolitan Transportation Authority and a process improvement specialist at Benefits Data Trust, a nonprofit focused on the social safety net, where she focused on data-driven decision making and strengthening organizational effectiveness. She is a member of the social impact consulting club and a non-profit board fellow. She holds a BA in Economics and Political Science from Vassar College.
Adama Kamara, (she/her), MBA '27
Adama Kamara is a first-year MBA candidate at the Yale School of Management, where she is also pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Public Humanities. At Yale, she is a Golub Capital Nonprofit Board Fellow, Co-Marketing Chair for the Black Graduate Network, and a Community Curator with 63 Audubon, an arts initiative serving the Broader New Haven Area.
Adama is the founder of a consultancy advising organizations across the arts, culture, and social impact sectors. She has earlier experience spanning equity-focused grantmaking, venture acceleration, international development, and multicultural marketing. She is broadly interested in leveraging tools such as capital and policy to advance scalable social change and strengthen public and cultural institutions.
Adama holds dual BAs in International Relations and Cultural Anthropology from Emory University, where she graduated magna cum laude and served as Class Commencement Speaker.
raquel izar, (she/her), MBA '27
Raquel Izar is a first-year MBA candidate at the Yale School of Management. She worked at Bain & Company, where she advised private clients on growth strategy and organizational transformation across industries. She also worked at TechnoServe, leading initiatives across Latin America to promote inclusive and regenerative business models in sectors such as coffee and recycling. Raquel is also the co-founder of Instituto Se Mudando, a nonprofit that applies the Housing First methodology to support people transitioning out of homelessness in Brazil. At Yale, she is a community leader for the Association of Hispanic and Latin American Students (AHLAS) and a Launch Pad participant at Tsai CITY. She holds a BA in Industrial Engineering from the Universidade Federal de São Carlos in Brazil.
Adam Viera, (he/him), MBA '27
Adam Vieira is a first-year MBA student at the Yale School of Management, where he focuses on impact investing, technology, and the future of work. Before Yale, he led workforce development partnerships at the Brooklyn Navy Yard Development Corporation, advancing citywide collaborations among industry, education, and government to expand career pathways in technology, media, construction, and advanced manufacturing. He previously worked at Samvid Ventures, helping launch the Community Resilience Prize, a nationwide workforce development grant program, and the Samvid Scholars program. Adam began his career in operations management at McMaster-Carr and holds an MPP from the University of Chicago and a BA in Public Policy from Brown University.
Carter harms, (he/him), MEM '27
Carter Harms is a first-year Master of Environmental Management candidate at the Yale School of the Environment, where he researches bipartisan approaches to advancing pragmatic, politically durable climate and energy policy. He graduated from Wheaton College (IL) with honors in Political Science and Urban Studies.
Prior to Yale, Carter spent nearly a decade in public service working across state legislatures and public-interest advocacy. He served as Chief of Staff to an Illinois state representative, advanced employment protections at the Illinois Department of Human Rights, and supported passage of the landmark Climate and Equitable Jobs Act while advising Governor JB Pritzker on legislative affairs. He also volunteered full-time during the COVID-19 pandemic to help Illinois scale one of the nation’s largest testing programs.
Most recently, Carter led successful state-level campaigns at The Pew Charitable Trusts to modernize electric grids in Utah, Indiana, and Ohio. He is committed to bridging the gap between technical climate solutions and political feasibility.
Maren strand, (she/her), MBA '27
Maren Strand is a first-year MBA student at the Yale School of Management. Prior to Yale, she worked an operational excellence at Chemonics, a USAID consulting firm, working to make international development projects more efficient and effective. Before that she worked at a civic tech startup bringing modern software to government, and on a U.S. Senate campaign. At SOM, Maren serves on the Portfolio Management team within the Meng Impact Investment Fund and is a first-year lead for the Tech & Society club. Maren holds a BA in Arabic Studies and Political Science from Williams College.

Emma Fullem is a second-year MBA student at the Yale School of Management. Prior to Yale, she founded a specialty coffee shop and worked in local economic development. At Yale, Emma is a student lead of the Food, Agribusiness & Beverage Club and a Center for Business & the Environment 2050 Fellow. She earned a BA in Environmental Analysis with a minor in Economics from Pomona College, and is passionate about creating systems that support equitable opportunity and long-term sustainability.
CASEY WELLS, (she/her), Mph '26
Casey Wells is a second-year MPH candidate at the Yale School of Public Health, focusing on global health policy, philanthropy, and health equity. At Yale, she serves as a patient navigator supporting refugee families as they navigate healthcare access and community-based resources. She also holds leadership roles with HAVEN Free Clinic, where she directs budgeting, development, and community partnerships, and with Reproductive Health Equity Now, where she advocates for reproductive justice through peer education and community collaboration.
Casey recently worked as a Knowledge Management Fellow with the United Nations Development Programme’s HIV and Health Group, leading global webinars and supporting high-level UN convenings on NCD investment cases and emerging health challenges. She now contributes to state-level policy through the MassHealth Community Partners Program and advances inclusive health programming as a Health Promotion Intern with Special Olympics Connecticut.
Her passion for philanthropy began in her undergraduate career, during which she served on the Executive Board of a student-led nonprofit that supported local children’s hospitals and Children’s Miracle Network through partnerships and child health advocacy.
Eytan Deener-agus, (he/him), Mba '27
Eytan Deener-Agus is a first-year MBA student at the Yale School of Management. Before Yale, he served as a Regional Organizer on the Harris–Walz presidential campaign in Michigan, where he led community-based and interfaith voter mobilization efforts. Eytan spent four years at Lutheran Social Services of the National Capital Area, a regional refugee resettlement agency, most recently as Director of Housing, Innovation & Strategic Initiatives. In that role, he led the a refugee housing program serving 2,000–4,000 newcomers annually across D.C., Maryland, and Virginia.
Eytan previously served as Executive Officer of the board of a local D.C. Jewish community and was an Avodah Jewish Service Corps Fellow, supporting individuals experiencing chronic homelessness at Pathways to Housing DC.

Natasha Pirani is a first-year MBA at the Yale School of Management. Prior to Yale, Natasha worked as a strategy consultant at Accenture, focusing on driving large-scale transformation initiatives across organizations. At the School of Management, Natasha is also involved with the Social Impact Consulting club, and serves as a first-year lead for Economic Development Club and the AI Association.
clare carroll, (she/her), Mba '27
Clare Carroll is a first-year MBA student at the Yale School of Management. She comes to Yale with experience across consulting, entrepreneurship, and mission-driven work, having founded a nationally recognized bookstore brand and supported growth and operational strategy for early-stage companies.
At SOM, Clare serves as a 1Y leader in the PE/VC and Startup & Entrepreneurship Clubs and is a member of the Yale Philanthropy Conference Committee. She is a graduate of Marquette University with a BS in Economics.
