Know Before You Go

The 2025 Yale Philanthropy Conference will be held at:

From Interstate 91 North or South, take Exit 3 (Trumbull Street). Get in the middle lane off the ramp. Go straight through the light at the end of the ramp onto Trumbull Street. At the next light, turn right onto Whitney Avenue. Travel one block to the first traffic light. Evans Hall is on your right at the intersection of Whitney Avenue and Sachem Street.
Parking will be at member’s expense but we recommend using the below:
- Grove Street Garage, 65 Grove Street, New Haven, CT 06510
- Audubon Court Garage, 78 Audubon Street, New Haven, CT 06510
From New York City - The Metro-North Railroad to Union Station takes approximately two hours.
Ride-share options from Union Station to Evans Hall take approximately ten minutes.

From the airport, you can use the following shuttle or ride share services:

Check-in begins promptly at 8:00 AM in the Student Commons of Evans Hall. Upon arrival, please follow the signs to the check-in desk to receive your name badge and conference materials.
A light breakfast, lunch, and coffee breaks will be provided.
Note: Food and beverages are NOT allowed in Zhang Auditorium. We recommend allowing extra time in the morning to fully enjoy breakfast before the first keynote begins.

Conference Student Organizers will be wearing name badges with blue ribbons labeled "Organizing Team"—feel free to approach them with any questions throughout the day.
